The Inside

I guess I never posted pictures of the coop's guts, so here they are! I especially love the guillotine style run door, it works super slick! The nesting boxes are loaded with fresh straw, but it will be a while before those freeloadin' hens start popping out eggs. At least the boxes will be all set for when they start producing. 

The higher roost is maybe a bit too high for my two smaller chickens. My larger hen, Pip, uses it quite a bit, but I still think she prefers the lower bar, mainly because the other two like it low.
